Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days (European Union)

If your order has been shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, without having to provide any reason.

The return request must be submitted directly from your customer profile on our website.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition in which it was received
Not have been used
Be complete with accessories, manuals, and original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in the event of withdrawal.

The original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.

Transport Damage
